The Nasdaq Composite also added 0.1%, now higher on nine consecutive days, its longest winning streak in two years. The Dow Jones Industrial Average slipped 0.1%, or 40 points. Demand for U.S. Treasurys passed another test erected by Wall Street, giving traders little reason to pull back from the stock market.
